Mohammad Shukri Khalaf is an expert in the relations between Germany, Israel, and the Arab world. He is a Palestinian Arab and an Israeli citizen. He completed his PhD at Bar-Ilan University in Israel. His doctoral research focuses on Arab historical writing on World War II.
