Anatoly Podolsky is director of the Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies in Kyiv, leading reserch associate of the Department of Theory and History of Political Science and chief of the Center of Jewish History and Culture of the Kuras Institute Political and Ethnic Studies NAS of Ukraine. He authored the first doctoral thesis about Holocaust in Ukraine in 1996 with the title “Nazi Genocide of Jews in Ukraine (1941-1944)”. Anatoly Podolsky published more than 90 articles about history of Jews in Ukraine, history of Holocaust in Ukraine and Eastern Europe and teaching of Holocaust in international scholarly journals. He lives and works in Kyiv.
